01Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card — sign up, connect a channel, and the AI starts answering. You only add funds when you want more AI usage or a higher plan.
02How is AI usage billed?
AI answers draw from a prepaid wallet, priced by the tokens each response actually uses. There are no per-resolution or per-conversation fees — a slow month simply costs less.
03What's the difference between the plan price and the AI cost?
Your monthly plan covers operators, channels and limits. AI token usage is separate and pay-as-you-go from your wallet, so you can scale support without a bigger fixed bill.
04Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Downgrades keep your existing data; you just can't create new resources beyond the new plan's limits until you're back under them.
05What happens if my wallet runs out?
